Cais Urban Lodge offered a good stay filled with attention to detail, like cute drinks and a super luxurious leather sofa that added comfort to our experience.

The hotel was in the central setting very close to the market. The double room was reasonably spacious and stunning with new furniture, so that guests had essentials.

Our group enjoyed a fantastic location within walking distance to key attractions and vibrant markets. The spacious layout of the apartment allowed us to gather comfortably, and the stylish decor enhanced our stay. Communication with the host was efficient, made our check-in seamless.

While the overall experience was good, the noise from nearby nightlife could be disruptive at times.

We loved our stay, especially enjoying the quick WhatsApp communication that got us extra towels in no time and the refreshing drinks waiting for us in the room. The rooftop terrace and cozy lounge area were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads-up, the street noise can be a bit much at night, so keep that in mind! 😊

Our room was quiet, new-fashioned and equipped with big comfortable bed and a window in another level, as for instance. It had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location was central, not far from the opera and the metro/train station, the surrounding bars and clubs, and popular places and public transportations.

The hotel was fairly clean, the staff were great. The venue was situated in the central location close to the city center.

Room was sharp-sharp clean with comfy beds. The decor was super lekker. The location is a complete winner, so central to explore everything, and the little drinks in the fridge were a nice surprise!

Bit noisy from the bars nearby, but they gave us earplugs, so not a biggie.

we stayed here for 1 night, it was perfect for us. we really enjoyed this brand-new hotel, nothing to complain about. the property was set in a central area very close to restaurants and popular places and public transportations. baixa / chiado district was worth visiting.

It was just a good match for a short break in Lisbon with excellent value for money. The mini bar with an online payment system was super convenient, making it easy to grab a drink after a long day of exploring. Remember to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from nearby bars.

Check-in was a hassle, as the magnetic doors malfunctioned, leaving us outside for a while. The suite experience was a letdown. The main level was below ground. The walls were thin, so noise from neighbors was a consistent issue, and for nearly 150 EUR per night, the value felt off. The lack of a full-length mirror and wardrobe space was inconvenient, limiting clothing options.

Very clean accommodations,, and the staff were super friendly! It's such a bonus being so close to the bustling market and restaurants. We really enjoyed it.

The location is fantastic was nice. Enjoying the golden malted waffles was a highlight. Sound insulation could be improved as there was noticeable noise from nearby nightlife. The limited storage space in the room was inconvenient. Lastly, while the communication with staff was quick and efficient, it would be beneficial to have more personalized information about nearby attractions.
